Shipping Policy

We are experiencing COVID-19 related delays with fulfillment and shipping times. We are actively working to improve these times and appreciate your patience!

All orders are charged to the payment method provided when order is placed. 

BATTING ORDERS cannot be shipped to PO boxes. Please provide a residential or commercial address where your order can be received. 

We use USPS for majority of smaller item orders however when you are receiving a shipment directly from our fulfillment provider other carriers such as FedEx or UPS may be used. If you have any issues or concerns with shipping, please use our contact page to contact us. 

SHIPPING

    1. At present we only ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States
    2. Unless otherwise specified we ship via USPS, UPS or FEDEX
    3. Products are combined where possible, although please note we cannot guarantee all products will ship from the same location.
    4. PLEASE NOTE: We ship as soon as we can following receipt of your order.
      Please allow up to 10 days following the close of a sale however due to Covid-19 impacts some products may be delayed in shipping. These delays can be an up to 8 week delay from our suppliers. Please see Cancelation policy section below.
  1. RETURNS

      1. In the case of a product defect or a mistake by us we will cover the return postage and replacement.
      2. If you make a mistake in ordering that can't be corrected before shipping then you will be responsible for the return postage.
      3. Products must be unused, and returned in the original packaging.
      4. All product defects and/or errors must be reported to us within 10 days of the shipping date.
      5. Please email us for a return authorization number before returning any products.
    1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

      1. You are welcome to cancel your on-line order BEFORE it is shipped.
      2. Customized products cannot be canceled or refunded.
      3. If you need to cancel please do so immediately, as we ship within a few days following receipt of your order payment and if your order is shipping from the distributor we need to cancel the order with the factory confirming it has not shipped before we can refund and cancel your order..
      4. If you need to cancel, please email us as soon as possible.
      5. Include the date of your order, invoice number, product name(s) and total amount paid.
      6. Let us know how to contact you. i.e. telephone number, when is a good time.
